Isabelle led the “Plant pathogenic fungi” session. She also presented her work through a presentation: “Identification and characterization of a large multigene family of cooperating effector genes facilitating cell-to-cell mobility conserved in Dothideomycetes and Sordariomycetes” (CS 1.7.2), and a poster: “Regulation of effector gene expression as concerted waves in Leptosphaeria maculans: a two-player game involving a chromatin remodeler and a specific transcription factor” (P2.409).

Audren presented his research work in a poster: “From the identification of new sources of resistance to late effectors to their introgression into modern oilseed rape varieties” (P2.138).
